MaibornWolff in a Nutshell

Found a company that you want to work for yourself. The MaibornWolff success story began with this ambition in 1989. From a Munich tech start-up to a successful IT service provider with international locations - MaibornWolff has been driving digitalization in Germany for more than three decades.

Freedom & Responsibility

Everyone at MaibornWolff has the freedom and responsibility to act sustainably. Even if we are not out to maximize profits - our core business is customer projects. That's why we invest heavily in projects that challenge us technically and generate real added value.

Communication at eye level is not just an empty phrase for us, but a culture we live by. Diversity and different perspectives help us to do our job better. That's why we have our GF Council, for example. In addition to management and partners, eight employees also participate and discuss important topics relating to MaibornWolff.

Rules of Engagement

In our day-to-day work, we are guided by our non-negotiable guiding principles. They are something like the “basic law” of MaibornWolff. For example, they stipulate that we do not develop commercial software products.

We also have a Code of Conduct that reflects our respectful and trusting interaction with one another and are signatories to the Diversity Charter.

Sustainability

No to digital waste. That's what we stand for with Less Technology. Better Business. We work effectively and efficiently and are committed to sustainability both in individual software development for our customers and in our own company.

That is why we have been using only green electricity in Germany since 2011 and have been offsetting our entire CO₂ emissions every year since 2018. We also offer job bikes and provide charging stations for e-cars at almost all locations where we have our own parking spaces.

Women in IT

We know: Women bring different perspectives and experiences to the development of IT products, both as engineers and as users of digital content. This is one of the reasons why we are committed to promoting more women in IT. We do this, for example, through our Women Mentoring Program for female students.

Career development is not just about technical knowledge, but also about the contacts we make, the advice we receive and the personal skills we develop. With HERizon, we offer women at MaibornWolff a platform to support each other and benefit from shared experiences.
